Kids Community
Lauren Manting leads our Kids’ Community program. She writes the curriculum, coordinates and trains teachers and helpers, and helps ensure that Threads is adhering to best practices when it comes to providing a safe and nurturing environment for every child.
Hi! I'm Miss Lauren! My favorite colors are green and yellow. I love to eat mangoes, and my favorite time of year is summer, although fall is a very close second. Fun fact: I spent one night camping on the Serengeti when I was in college and I speak Spanish and English.

Hi! I have worked in and around lots of Kalamazoo communities, including multiple locations of the Kalamazoo Public Library and Residential Opportunities, Inc. I enjoy being outside with my family, camping, reading, baking, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Hi, I’m Jayden. When I’m not working as an AV Tech, you can find me either rock climbing, hiking, or relaxing at home with my friends. I’m passionate about helping others and using my tech/media skills to do so. Fun Fact: I’ve been rock climbing in 8 different countries!
