Nov 1 / All Saints & All Souls Sunday
As part of the morning’s worship service, we will remember and thank God together for those we have loved who have gone before us into God’s presence. You are invited to bring or send in pictures of loved ones you would like to have displayed during the service, as well as names to be included in the litany of remembrance. Send names and/or pictures
to bwells@threadschurch.org; we will print the photos for display.
Kids: NO Kids Community! We will stay together in the Gathering as we participate in a special time to remember those that we love that have passed away. Invite your kiddo to find, bring, or draw a photo of someone they would like to remember on Sunday. You can also send in a digital photo, as mentioned above. If your child would like their busy box from the summer, it is on the shelf behind the Kids Corner and you are welcome to use it on the Sundays we are together!
After the Gathering, we will meet in the gym for our Threads Tradition of "Paint a Saint (Cookie)" as a way to learn about some more common Saints and also to remember and talk about the ones we love. Please sign up here if you could bring a dozen or more sugar cookies for us! We could use one dozen gluten free and one dozen vegan sugar cookies as well. Please, no frosting- just plain cookies.

Rod and Anna Joy's ordination and a celebratory potluck! Bring a main dish to pass and a side or sweet.
Nov 15 / Child Dedication
Do you have littles who have not been dedicated? We’d love for you to sign up to join us in this special opportunity to speak words of welcome and affirmation over them.
Winter items needed!
Cold weather is arriving, and the unhoused are in need of cold weather clothing: coats, gloves, socks, shoes, and boots, as well as blankets. Both new and used are acceptable and gratefully received. Items can be left in or near the “Monday Lunch for the Unhoused” bin in the entryway at Church, or you can get them directly to Ed Flook.
