Sundays
When and Where
Note: Threads is moving! We are currently transitioning to a new permanent home in the Edison neighborhood.
Please note the location changes for the month of March:
-
Until March 8: We gather at 2031 E. Cork Street, Kalamazoo (sharing space with Milwood Commons).
-
Sunday, March 15: Meet at 2031 E. Cork St. at 9:00 AM for a brief farewell service, followed by a caravan to our new building for a community potluck and move-in day.
-
Beginning March 22: All Sunday gatherings will be held at our new home: Urban Alliance, 1009 E Stockbridge Ave, Kalamazoo MI 49001
Gathering Time: 10:00 AM

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee and find a seat!

If you’re unable to visit in person, our gatherings stream live on Twitch, and recordings of previous gatherings are available on our Watch page and available on YouTube.

What to Expect
Threads values our “come as you are” culture. No need to dress up or have it all together.

Threads has a contemporary worship style. We sing a mixture of old and new worship music, in a culture-current and guitar-led style.

We have a low-key, laid-back atmosphere—if kids make noise, that’s okay! We want to be a welcoming space for all, including children and people who are neurodiverse, and our relaxed culture is part of how we extend welcome. It’s also just who we are!
