 Lee Rabe, Lead Pastor
Lee is the founding pastor of Threads. He and his wife Kristi have three kids. They also care for one dog, a turtle and some fish.
He graduated from Cornerstone in Grand Rapids, MI and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, also in Grand Rapids, MI.
He is passionate that people get it.

 Andy Brown, Creative Arts Developer/Three Rivers Site Pastor
Andy is the right-brainer (a.k.a. the main one kept in line - see below). He loves creativity and hates all forms of organization, though his life exists of a good deal of both. Andy is the fortunate husband of the famous Caitlin Brown and Father of the soon-to-be-famous Asher and Jada Brown. Some of his favorite things are hot wings, dark beer and a good espresso.
Andy wants to be authentic and contagious.

 Esther Bouwman, Kids' Community Developer
Esther is married to the world renowned rock star, Willis Bouwman, and they have a son named Shane. She graduated from KVCC and worked in the insurance industry prior to joining the Thread's Staff. Growing up she was the oldest in a family of 8 kids.
She's excited to be part of a community that's passionate about families.

 Jayme Culp, Functionality Manager
Jayme is the left-brainer who keeps everyone in line. She's married to a wonderful guy named Ron and they have a daughter named Casey. She has lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Seattle, and now we're lucky to have her here in Kalamazoo.
For fun, Jayme and Ron have been known to throw quite the karaoke party!

 Kim Kopec, Communications Coordinator
Kim is the mom of two girls (Alayna & Aubrey), two dogs (Otis & Mac), and wife of one guy (Kevin). When they are not watching Lost or American Idol, Kevin roots for Notre Dame and the Cubs. Kim would rather be shopping and drinking a Latte.
Kim keeps busy trying to just keep things simple!
