 Lee Rabe, Lead Pastor
Lee is the founding pastor of Threads. He and his wife Kristi have three kids. They also care for one dog, a turtle and some fish.
Lee graduated from Cornerstone in Grand Rapids, MI and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, also in Grand Rapids, MI.
He is passionate that people get it.

 Esther Bouwman, Kids' Community Developer
Esther is married to the world renowned rock star, Willis Bouwman, and they have a son named Shane and daughter named Kahlan. Esther graduated from KVCC and worked in the insurance industry prior to joining the Thread's Staff. Growing up she was the oldest in a family of 8 kids.
She's excited to be part of a community that's passionate about families.

 Willis Bouwman, Creative Arts Catalyst
Willis is married to the love of his life Esther Bouwman, and has a son Shane who could very well be the next major rock star. His biggest fan is a cute little baby girl Kahlan, the newest addition to the family.
In addition to teaching guitar lessons and biking, Willis likes playing airsoft and showing a little love to his buddies by plastering then with plastic bb's. Love hurts.

 Jayme Culp, Functionality Manager
Jayme is the left-brainer who keeps everyone in line. She's married to a wonderful guy named Ron and they have a daughter named Casey. She has lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Seattle, and now Kalamazoo.
For fun, Jayme and Ron have been known to throw quite the karaoke party!

Kim is married to Kevin and is a mom to two amazing daughters and one lovable pug! When she's not on the computer or watching Lost, Fringe or American Idol, Kim would rather be shopping and drinking a Latte.
Kim keeps busy trying to just keep things simple!
