The beginning of spiritual change requires awareness. Becoming aware is at times uncomfortable, even piercing. Yet it is the doorway to truly living.
Becoming aware begins with a choice to participate with God in His kingdom. As God reveals Himself to us, we respond. If we respond, He reveals more of Himself. Our awareness grows as we participate."

KIDS' COMMUNITY BACKYARD PICNIC...
The Kids' Community Backyard team is hosting a Picnic Lunch today, on Sunday, August 24th, right after the 11am Gathering for families of those entering K-5th grade this fall. Food and seating will be provided. If you're new to the Backyard, you'll be able to see what a Sunday morning looks like with us. We'll hook up outside, in the back Threads' yard, after the 11am Gathering. If it rains, we'll be in the Backyard classroom space.
